Amicus Curiae Brief:
Summary of Ecocentric Argument:
This Amicus brief addresses alternative[1] Ecocentric Wild Law Sustainable Security legal arguments deemed too far reaching for emphasis by parties intent on winning their particular Anthropocentric cases[2].
In considering a new – alien[3] on Pale Blue Dot[4] – perspective The Opinion of Weeramantry J[5], advises to ‘follow in the path charted out by Grotius’ that “it would be pity indeed if [the wealth of past experience from a variety of cultures] were left untapped merely because of attitudes of formalism which see such approaches as not being entirely de rigueur”. A court “needs to be multi-disciplinary, drawing from other disciplines .. such wisdom as may be relevant for its purpose”; since a court “cannot afford to be monocultural, especially where it is entering newly developing areas of law”. It is impossible for Pfc Manning to receive a free and fair trial in this sustainable security matter; if (A) it is true “the knowledge that every criminal trial is subject to contemporaneous review in the forum of public opinion is an effective restraint on possible abuse of .. power .. without publicity, all other checks are insufficient: in comparison of publicity, all other checks are of small account” (In re Oliver, 333 U.S. [at] 270-271); and (B) the media corruptly[6] abuse their publicity power, misrepresenting or censoring Ecocentric or Non-PC arguments; effectively conducting a trial by media, thereby undermining the credibility of the court’s decisions, due to public ignorance of all arguments submitted to the court. |

Our posturing, our imagined self-importance, the delusion that we have some privileged position in the Universe, are challenged by this point of pale light….. Interest of the Amici:
Amici is a Radical Honoursty Ecofeminist paralegal / Vermicompost farmer and activist on Ecocentric Wild Law[1] Sustainable Security issues, as well as a member of Friend of Wikileaks (FoWL) and the Radical Honesty culture[2], who has submitted Ecocentric arguments to other sustainable security court disputes: Norway v. Breivik, Afriforum v. Malema, and The Citizen v. McBride, where the media corruptly abused their publicity power, corruptly censoring Ecocentric arguments submitted to the court; thereby undermining the credibility of the court’s decisions[3].

Statement of Facts:
Pfc Manning’s court martial relates to the alleged leak of the largest amount of classified information in U.S. history to Wikileaks[1]; the (i) July 12, 2007 air-to-ground attacks[2] by two United States Army AH-64 Apache helicopters in Al-Amin al-Thaniyah, New Baghdad, Baghdad, during the Iraqi insurgency and U.S. Military Occupation of Iraq (Wikileaks: ‘Collateral Murder’[3]), (ii) 2009 Granai airstrike in Afghanistan[4]; (iii) 250,000 United States diplomatic cables (Wikileaks: Cablegate[5]); and (iv) 500,000 army reports from Iraq (Iraq War logs[6]) and Afghanistan (Afghan War logs[7]).
The Afghanistan War began on October 7, 2001, when the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and the Afghan United Front (Northern Alliance) launched Operation Enduring Freedom, citing their motives as being the September 11 attacks, dismantling al-Qaeda terrorist organization and removing the Taliban regime from power to create a Duhmockery state. The Iraq war began on March 20, 2003, with the U.S.-led coalition, military invasion of Iraq, motivated by US & UK’s claims that Iraq's alleged weapons of mass destruction (WMD) posed a threat to their security and that of their coalition/regional allies. No such WMD were ever found.
Afghanistan[8] and Iraq[9] were not ‘formally declared wars’ where ‘formal Declaration of War’ refers to Congressional legislation with the phrase ‘Declaration of War’ in the title[10], being ‘authorized by Congress’[11]. Sen Paul’s Amendment[12] argues Congress should reclaim its power to ‘formally declare war’.
Media Consolidation: The Illusion of Choice: In The Cybernetics of Competition[13] Harden documents the consequences of the competitive exclusion principle, in economics showing that “a reduction in the number of competitors will take place as the more efficient squeeze out the less efficient, until ultimately only one is left” (‘efficient’ includes ability to manipulate the machinery of society, to eliminate competition). In 1983, 90 of American media was owned by 50 companies, today it is 6[14].

PFC Manning's Anthropo/Eco Centric Motivations:
Pfc Manning’s Lamo chat[1] implies his Anthropocentric motivation to ‘unmask evil.. by naming it, wherever it is’[2] arose as he confronted the PR slaughterhouse[3] reality, his assignment was to be a “dumb, stupid animal pawn”[4] ‘high-class muscle man for Big Business, Wall Street and the bankers”[5] to bring Duhmockery[6] to Iraq.
Ecocentrically his Pale blue dot perspective[7] is that humanity is destroying its home[8]. Perhaps he believes exposure of the Anthropocentric Duhmockery fantasy, will help lead to international recognition of the Ecocentric painful truth?
Amici’s working hypothesis is that Pfc Manning is a truthseeker[9], a vulnerable Truthseeker[10]. If correct: Pfc Manning deserves a free and fair Truthseeker[11] trial[12], and it is possible that those who prefer a Left/Right wing Propaganda trial, will use their Publicity Power to pressure the court and trial proceedings, and Pfc Manning, to such effect, which would not be in Pfc Manning’s truth seeking interest.
Alternatively, if Pfc Manning prefers Pretend Transparency Martyrdom; it will be just another Propaganda Warfare / Bullshit-the-Public Relations Trial.

‘Vibrant healthy journalism is the cornerstone of democratic theory. You need: Feisty, rigorous accounting of people in power; Wide diversity of opinion; and Fact checking.’ - McChesney Robert, Rich Media, Poor Democracy
“Under the relentless thrust of accelerating overpopulation and increasing over-organization, and by means of ever more effective methods of mind-manipulation, the democracies will change their nature .. [to] new kind of non-violent totalitarianism. .. Democracy and freedom will be the theme of every broadcast and editorial .. while the ruling oligarchy and its highly trained elite .. thought-manufacturers and mind-manipulators will quietly run the show as they see fit.” – Aldous Huxley, A Brave New World Revisited “The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. This is a logical result of the way in which our democratic society is organized.” - Edward Bernays, Propaganda |
The PR Jonestown Duhmockery Mindprison[1] are the political correct[2] mind-prison beliefs[3], manufactured[4] by the intellectual prostitutes[5] of the Political[6] elite, to enable social control of their Human Farming[7] slaughterhouse[8] sheeple.
In The Century of the Self, Adam Curtis’ BBC documentary documents how Edward Bernays[9], the father of ‘Public Relations’[10], developed public relations, by using his Uncle Sigmund Freud’s discoveries concerning the unconscious “primitive sexual and aggressive forces”[11], to change the focus of advertising from the facts of a product[12], to implying the product would fulfil the individuals psychological/sexual insecurities[13] (Insecurity about small penis: purchase a large car[14]; Female penis envy insecurity: start smoking[15]). ‘Public Relations’ worked to psychologically engineer and manipulate citizens into the ‘All Consuming Self’: the illusionary belief the power is finally in their hands, they live in a ‘democracy’[16]; they are in charge[17], while their sense of identity is subconsciously manipulated from citizen (individual authority/inner power of personal decision-making) to consumer (empty vessel addicted to consumption of external ideas and products for sense of identity and acceptance[18]), fueling the growth of the ‘Freedom is Debt-Slavery’ mass-consumer society[19].
In The Persuaders, Rushkoff examines the marketing and advertising industries role as ‘Public Relations’ meaning makers for the mass consumer society, by manipulating consumers identity and their growing role in ‘consumptionism’. How the persuasion industries are researching and refining methods to reinforce consumers emotional attachment to brands, by adapting the study of cults, to marketing corporate and political brands, to manipulate a brand’s consumers into blind brand-cult obedience.
In Flat Earth News and Our media have become mass producers of distortion Davies argues that “journalism without checking is like a body without an immune system”, uncovering “an industry awash in corruption and bias”, where “commercial forces are the main obstacle to truth-telling journalism”. His research concludes: 80% of ‘news’ is not fact checked, but is political/corporate PR propaganda’; “not journalists, but churnalists. An industry whose primary task is to filter out falsehood has become so vulnerable to manipulation that it is now involved in the mass production of falsehood, distortion and propaganda.”[20]
Conclusion: 80% of ‘news’ is Jonestown Duhmockery Political and/or Corporate Bullshit-the-Public Relations Propaganda Warfare Coolaid.

“‘It’s fun’. That is the crux of being at war. You operate outside of society. .. The horrific, unspeakable truth of war is that it’s fun ... [its] the only environment in which men are allowed to love each other unconditionally, and I think the soldier’s hankering after the battlefield is in large measure to do with that. It’s a sense of belonging, of friendship, of kinship if you like that you don’t find anywhere else in society.” – James Brabazon[1]

Abuse of Publicity Power: Population-Environment Connection
Research about the media’s denial of publicity of ecological realities as the causal factor for many local, national and international Environmental and Social problems in their daily reporting, was conducted by Professor Michael Maher, Head of the Dept. of Communication at the University of Louisiana, in his Ph.D. dissertation: Media Framing and Salience of the Population Issue[1], and his study: How and Why Journalists Avoid the Population-Environment Connection[2], details how the media’s political correct narrative “sets the spiral of silence in motion” [3].

The Kissinger Report, also known as National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications for Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests[2], was commissioned by President Nixon[3], and undertaken by the National Security Council, CIA, Defense, Agriculture and State Departments, and Agency for International Development; and authorized into law by President Gerald Ford, in NSC, National Security Decision Memorandum 314[4] on November 26, 1975:
There is a major risk of severe damage [caused by continued rapid population growth] to world economic, political, and ecological systems and, as these systems begin to fail, to our humanitarian values [Executive Summary].
... world population growth is widely recognized within the government as a current danger of the highest magnitude calling for urgent measures [Page 194]. ...it is of the utmost urgency that governments now recognize the facts and implications of population growth, determine the ultimate population sizes that make sense for their countries and start vigorous programs at once to achieve their desired goals [Page 15]. The threat to security briefly summarized, ..population factors are indeed critical in, and often determinants of, violent conflict in developing areas. Segmental (religious, social, racial) differences, migration, rapid population growth, differential levels of knowledge and skills, rural/urban differences, population pressure and the spatial location of population in relation to resources — in this rough order of importance — all appear to be important contributions to conflict and violence... Clearly, conflicts which are regarded in primarily political terms often have demographic roots. Recognition of these relationships appears crucial to any understanding or prevention of such hostilities [Page 66]. Where population size is greater than available resources, or is expanding more rapidly than the available resources, there is a tendency toward internal disorders and violence and, sometimes, disruptive international policies or violence [Page 69]. |
Other executive population actions by President Nixon included Public Law 91-213: Act to establish a Commission on Population Growth and the American Future; on March 16, 1970; and consequently the Rockefeller Commission Report Population and the American Future: The Report of the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future on March 27, 1972.
In The Life and Death of NSSM 200: How the Destruction of Political Will Doomed a U.S. Population Policy[5], Dr. Mumford, details the role of the Vatican to scuttle[6] America’s population policies, and Nixon’s population control legacy: including The World Population Plan of Action[7].

"This pressure [of the Catholic Church on American journalism] is one of the most important forces in American life, and the only one about which secrecy is generally maintained, no newspaper being brave enough to discuss it, although all fear it and believe that the problem should be dragged into the open and made publicly known."[8] - George Seldes, Journalist and Dean of Investigative Reporters

In Vatican Rejection of Freedom of the Press[9], Dr. Mumford examines 150 years of uninterrupted papal hostility toward freedom of the press. He focuses on the Vatican’s control of the press and hence the narrative regarding Hitler and the Vatican’s involvement in the Spanish Civil war. He documents how a majority of Spanish Bishops voted in favour of a resolution where they admitted to decades[10] of deception[11], and that the news of these votes was almost completely suppressed in the world press, with only three minor reports in the US.
In The Catholic League and Suppression of The Press Today[12], Dr. Mumford examines the principles governing League behavior, and a collection of specific acts designed to halt all public criticism of the Church. He concludes that a lack of publicity to engage Americans to publicly discuss the recommendations of the Rockefeller Commission and the NSSM 200 report resulted in them never being publicly debated or implemented. Few Americans are even aware of NSSM 200 or this conflict in US national security interests. Without the publicity of this vital information and public debate and discussion, there “can be no democratic solution to this conflict between the interests of the nation and of the Catholic Church -- a dilemma well understood by the hierarchy”.

The majority confessed it had sinned in supporting the wrong side (the fascist side) in Spain and asked to be forgiven. `We humbly recognize,' said the resolution, `and ask pardon for it, that we failed at the proper time to be ministers of reconciliation in the midst of our people divided by a war between brothers.'" - Seldes G. [10] "In Madrid, September 15, 1971, Primate Cardinal Enrique Taracon presided at a Congress of the entire Roman Catholic Hierarchy, with 94 bishops and 151 priests present. . . . Although a two-thirds' vote was necessary to pass resolutions, and this one did not pass, it is significant that it received a large majority of the vote. . . . Abuse of Publicity Power: 9/11 & Afghanistan
Whoever was involved in the World Trade Center attacks, was involved in a conspiracy. Both the 9/11 Truth movement and the US Government’s story about whom committed the attacks are ‘conspiracy theories’. The issue is not whose story is a conspiracy theory, but whose conspiracy theory has the greater number of conspiracy fact evidence to support it? Yet the mainstream media accuse the 9/11 Truth Movement of peddling ‘conspiracy theories’, while blindly regurgitating the Governments conspiracy theory. The 9/11 Truth groups including U.S. Military Officers for 9/11 Truth[1] have been denied publicity by a mainstream media who abuse their publicity power.
In the absence of the 9/11 Truth movement and the Conspirators of 9/11 being granted the publicity to determine the truth about 9/11, it is impossible to say whether the invasion of Afghanistan was in fact legally justified.
[1] The members of U.S. Military Officers for 9/11 Truth, call for a new and independent investigation into the events of 9/11/01 by a duly constituted legal body with the authority to subpoena and require testimony under oath, and with authority to prosecute if criminal activity is discovered, so that the perpetrators of these crimes against humanity can at last be brought to justice.

9/11, Afghanistan and Iraq’s Peak Oil Resource War Motive:
Michael Ruppert’s book: Crossing the Rubicon[1], appears to me the most well documented of all the conspiracy theories. Mr. Ruppert argues the motive for 9/11 was Oil/NNR Scarcity[2]; Means: Dick Cheney & Secret Service; Opportunity: 9/11 War Games.
Peak Oil is the end of cheap oil, it is the point where every barrel of oil is harder to find, more expensive to extract, and more valuable to whoever owns or controls it. As early as 2000, geological experts warned Peak Oil would occur sometime between 2000 and 2007[3]. Cheap oil is the oxygen of the ‘economic growth’[4] global economic system and industrial food production[5]. A sustainability security perspective argues 9/11, Afghanistan, Iraq[6] and Libya were “Big Business, Wall Street and Central bankers” use of “dumb, stupid animal pawns” as “high-class muscle men” to fight energy wars, that “will not end in our lifetime,” to ensure Western corporate elite’s access to control[7] of the world last remaining cheap oil supplies[8].

Abuse of Publicity Power: Lt. Col. Terry Lakin Court-martial
Lieutenant Colonel Terrence ("Terry") Lakin served as Chief of Primary Care and Flight Surgeon for the Pentagon's DiLorenzo TRICARE Health Clinic. He was also the lead Flight Surgeon charged with caring for Army Chief of Staff General Casey's pilots and air crew. According to his Oath of Office to protect and defend the Constitution, he requested his chain of command and Congress, for proof that President Obama is constitutionally eligible to serve as his Commander-in-Chief. On or about 12 April, 2010, LTC Lakin refused to report for deployment with 32nd Calvary Regiment, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) from Fort Campbell, KY, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), stating he believed the order to be illegal.[1]
At his court martial, Chief Judge, 1st Judicial Court COL, JA Denise R. Lind wrote, “Any suggestion by the defense that the authority of military officers to issue any lawful orders ceases to exist if a serving President is found to be unqualified by the Constitution to hold office is an erroneous view of the law. Similarly, any suggestion by the defense that if a President is found to be unqualified by the Constitution to hold office, service-members have no duty to follow any orders issued by their military superiors is equally erroneous... The Court further concludes it is impossible for this Article 1 Court to undertake independent resolution of whether President Obama is a natural born citizen or is qualified under the Constitution to hold office without expressing lack of respect due coordinate branches of government... The potential for embarrassment from multifarious pronouncements by various departments on one question are uniquely powerful to ensure that courts-martial do not become the vehicle for adjudicating the legality of political decisions and to ensure the military’s capacity to maintain good order and discipline in the armed forces.”[2]
There has been a deafening silence by mainstream news media to providing publicity for Lt. Col. Lakin’s court-martial; to demand transparency/check the possible abuse of power of (A) President Obama; and/or (B) Chief Judge Lind. It was US military courts who pronounced on the guilt of German SS military officials who never questioned the legality of Hitler’s political decisions; and blindly marched off to war![3] Should a German Military Court have refused to demand Hitler prove his eligibility as the Commander in Chief of a Lt. Col. SS Officer, because it may embarrass the fragile-ego Fuehrer?

Abuse of Publicity Power: AIDS: Africa’s Iatrogenic Depopulation Solution:
“Birth Rates Must Come Down More Quickly Or Current Death Rates Must Go Up. There Is No Other Way.” -- Robert McNamara, Worldbank President, 1970; previously Secretary of Defence from 1961 to 1968[1]
|
In July 1969 Dr. MacArthur, Director of the U.S. Army Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA) appeared before Congress, stating that “within a period of 5-10 years it would be possible to produce a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired.” [2]
According to Dr. Leonard Horowitz and Dr. John Martin, a Professor of Pathology at the University of Southern California, & the Director of the Center for Complex Infectious Diseases, former director of the Viral Oncology Branch of the FDA's Bureau of Biologics, the government's principal human vaccines agency, this ‘synthetic biological agent’ is AIDS, created with $10 million, as required[3].
Dr. MacArthur added that “it is a highly controversial issue and there are many who believe such research should not be undertaken lest it lead to another method of massive killing of large populations.”[4]
On October 2, 1970, 15 months after Dr. MacArthur requested an appropriation for AIDS development, Robert McNamara, now World Bank President, made a speech to international bankers in which he identified population growth as “the gravest issue that the world faces over the years ahead,” arguing that population growth was leading to instability, that a 10 billion world population would not be “controllable.” [5]
McNamara predicted that “it is not a world that any of us would want to live in. Is such a world inevitable? It is not sure but there are two possible ways by which a world of 10 billion people can be averted. Either the current birth rates must come down more quickly or the current death rates must go up. There is no other way.”[6]
Dr. Horowitz’s book “Emerging Viruses” explores the geo-political background prior to the appearance of AIDS, and reviews the vaccines studies conducted in New York City and Central West Africa, by the Special Virus program, under the auspices of the National Cancer Institute and the World Health Organisation. Experiments such as the Merck contract suggesting an Iatrogenic origin of AIDS, where Feline Leukema/Sarcoma, Herpes virus, and Monkey cancer viruses were being combined, which led to the Pilot Hepatitus B Vaccines[7] partially prepared in Chimpanzees, given to gay men in New York City and African Blacks by 1975[8].
Special Virus Cancer Program documentation includes a flow chart, which links all the 20,000 scientific papers, proving a “candidate” virus was developed and mass produced,[9] and the US-USSR agreement under which Biological Weapons including the most advanced cancer viruses were traded during the Cold War[10], in terms of “A Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the study of microbiology, immunology, and molecular biology of cancer viruses was first signed on November 18, 1972,” which “established procedures for joint studies through the exchange of information, materials and scientists between the two countries.” A partial list of US and USSR researchers, including Dr. Robert Gallo (the discoverer of AIDS) of the NCI, traded the most advanced methods and materials in field of molecular biology, bacteriology & virology during the Cold War, including “large scale production of human virus”.
In Merck vaccine scientist Dr. Maurice Hilleman admitted presence of SV40, AIDS and cancer viruses in vaccines, Mike Adams writes that “One of the most prominent vaccine scientists in the history of the vaccine industry -- a Merck scientist -- made a recording where he openly admits that vaccines given to Americans were contaminated with leukemia and cancer viruses. In response, his colleagues (who are also recorded here) break out into laughter and seem to think it's hilarious. They then suggest that because these vaccines are first tested in Russia, they will help the U.S. win the Olympics because the Russian athletes will all be “loaded down with tumors.” (Thus, they knew these vaccines caused cancer in humans.) This isn't some conspiracy theory -- these are the words of a top Merck scientist who probably … thought this would remain a secret forever. When asked why this didn't get out to the press, he replied “Obviously you don't go out, this is a scientific affair within the scientific community.””
In Drug Money, Counterpunch expose “the huge salaries pulled down by the heads of many non-profit AIDS organizations” while “pharmaceuticals comprise the most profitable legal industry in America, with profits four times above the average of the Fortune 500”, who are “pumping money into AIDS groups,” which has “effectively co-opted many”.[11]
The Special Virus Cancer Program documentation was submitted into the ‘Iatrogenic Origins of AIDS’ Eco-terrorism Trial[12] in George, South Africa; with the permission of the US Embassy in Pretoria (USAID USMC Sgt. Hubbard). The trial received no publicity.

Norway v. Breivik: Immediately after the issuance of the Husby/Sorheim Psychiatric Report finding Breivik insane[1], Amici filed an Application[2] for a writ of Habeus Mentem: Right to Legal Sanity[3], whereupon the Court ordered a new Psychiatric Enquiry. Amici is unaware of any news article implying Breivik’s insanity, with equivalent publicity to expert/s who assert that ‘there is no such thing as mental illness[4], or a mental disorder[5]’, its all just about social control[6], PC ‘value judgements and cultural norms’[7]; based upon ‘horoscope chart science’[8] and Pharma-Psychiatry’s Humpty Dumpty[9] definition of ‘insanity’ and ‘disorder’.

SA Concourt: Robert McBride vs. The Citizen: Amici was admitted as an Amicus to the Constitutional Court proceedings between former ANC Umkhonto we Sizwe Terrorist Robert McBride and The Citizen newspaper[1], about the correct interpretation of ‘TRC amnesty’. Amici’s Ecocentric argument that the TRC was a fraud, was based on Sustainable Security Population Policy issues, and supported by expert witness affidavits from Dr. Brad Blanton and Michael Maher. The Ecocentric arguments received no publicity.[2]
SA HC & SCA: Afriforum vs. Julius Malema: Amici submitted Ecocentric Amicus application in the ‘Kill the Boer’ dispute between Afriforum / TAU-SA and Julias Malema / ANC which was tabled by Judge Lamont[3]; and based on Ecocentric arguments that the dispute arose out of South Africa’s Truth and Reconciliation Fraud. The Ecocentric arguments received no publicity.[4]
Norway v. Breivik: On 27 August Amici filed an application for review of parts of the Oslo District Courts 24 August 2012 Judgement in Norway v. Breivik[5], specifically for orders to Set Aside the Judgements ‘Necessity Ruling’ and Conviction and to Remit to Oslo District Court for hearing of Further Evidence to conclude Objective and Subjective Necessity Test Evidentiary Enquiry. Supreme Court Secretary General Gunnar Bergby refused to process the application, citing lack of legal standing; and has not yet responded to Amici’s response. Ecocentric Principles / Definitions:
Overview: Ecocentric Wild Law Sustainable Security Worldview:
“Every right must be evaluated in the network of all rights claimed and the environment in which these rights are exercised. If we hold that every right, “natural" or not, must be evaluated in the total system of rights operating in a world that is limited, we must inevitably conclude that no right can be presumed to be absolute, that the effect of each right on the suppliers as well as on the demanders must be determined before we can ascertain the quantity of right that is admissible. From here on out, ours is a limited world. Rights must also be limited. The greater the population, the more limited the per capita supply of all goods; hence the greater must be the limitation on individual rights, including the right to breed. At its heart, this is the political meaning of the population problem.’ – Garrett Hardin, Limited World, Limited Rights

Wild Law: A wild law regulates human procreation and/or resource utilization behaviour, to ensure sustainability.
Sustainability Defined: A Sustainable society practices Sustainable Procreation and Natural Resource Utilization Behaviour.[1] Environmental or ecological rights and responsibilities are the sine qua non[2] foundation for all other rights[3].

Sustainable Security: Sustainability is Security:
“In the face of the basic fact that fossil fuel reserves are finite .. Fossil fuels resemble capital in the bank. A prudent and responsible parent will use his capital sparingly in order to pass on to his children as much as possible of his inheritance. A selfish and irresponsible parent will squander it in riotous living and care not one whit how his offspring will fare .. I suggest that this is a good time to think soberly about our responsibilities to our descendants--those who will ring out the Fossil Fuel Age.” – Admiral Hyman Rickover, 14 May 1957

‘There is no security without sustainability’[1]: In the absence of a new moral order[2] where Ecocentric laws are implemented to regulate and reduce human procreation and resource utilization behaviour, towards a sustainable, pre-industrial lifestyle paradigm; ‘overpopulation[3] and resource scarcity[4] will result in conflict and war[5] (perhaps nuclear[6]) confronting regions at an accelerated pace[7], and ‘collapse of the global economic system and every market-oriented national economy’[8] by 2050[9].

Anthropocentric Law’s Conflict with Ecocentric Reality: Inaccurate Assumption: NNR Abundance:
Anthropocentric[1] Flat Earth Society[2] law views the world from a fundamentalist inaccurate human-centred perspective, assuming there will always be “enough” Non Renewable Natural Resources (NNR’s) to enable a brighter future, concerning itself with production and distribution of NNR’s for ever improving material living standards for ever-increasing numbers of our ever-expanding global population[3]. From an Ecocentric[4] Finite Resource Scarcity perspective, beyond Peak NNR[5], the future is one of depletion, austerity, resource wars & collapse.[6]

Domestic (US) & Global NNR Scarcity: Global Collapse by 2050:
Domestic (US) & Global NNR Scarcity Analysis is based upon Mr. Clugston’s[1] analysis of the criticality and scarcity associated with each of the 89 analyzed NNRs, using data from USGS, EIA, BEA, BLS, Fed, CBO, FBI, IEA, UN, World Bank, etc. The Global NNR Scarcity Analysis[2] confirms that: (a) 63 of the 89 analyzed NNRs, were considered “scarce” globally in 2008; (b) 28 have peaked: are “almost certain” to remain scarce permanently going forward and 16 will “likely” remain scarce permanently; and (c) Global extraction/production levels for 39 are ‘at risk’.
Scarcity concludes ‘Our Next Normal is Catastrophe’: Our Anthropocentric worldview does not recognize that our national economies are not “broken” requiring economic stimulus; they are “dying of slow starvation” for lack of sufficient economically viable NNR inputs, which requires confronting ecological reality, that our industrial lifestyle paradigm is unsustainable, and will culminate in self-inflicted global societal collapse, almost certainly by the year 2050.[3]
We can voluntarily reduce population and consumption, or NNR scarcity depletion will force it upon us, in our inevitable transition to a sustainable, pre-industrial lifestyle paradigm. Arguing about capitalism vs communism, central planning or free markets, democracy to autocracy are irrelevant, because all “industrialized and industrializing nations, irrespective of their economic and political orientations, are unsustainable and will collapse as a consequence of their dependence upon increasingly scarce NNRs”.[4]

Anthropocentric Law Denies Necessity for a Breeding Licence:
“It seems there is pretty much a consensus that when it comes to things that have the possibility to .. negatively impact the lives of people or society in general, regulation is desirable. Considering this, there is one sort of licence that is conspicuous by its absence: a licence to breed. .. Even the SPCA checks out prospective dog owners and their property before allowing them to adopt an animal. A system that requires prospective parents to demonstrate the necessary material means and parenting knowledge to look after children before being allowed to procreate would be the ideal solution to the problem. Unfortunately, uncontrolled breeding has left humanity far too stupid to implement something of the sort.” - Michael Coetzee, Licence to Breed[1]

Judge Brent’s Population Reduction Proposal to reduce impending overpopulation colliding with Peak oil resource war violence is to “limit the right of any male to father only one live child and limit the right of every woman to one live birth”, where anyone caught violating the law is executed, until planetary population is in harmony with its carrying capacity.[2]

Anthropocentric Law’s Denial of Masculine Insecurity’s Use of Control of the Means of Reproduction as a Weapon of War:
“We must all understand that the most potent weapons of war are the penis and the womb.” - Former Municipal Court Judge Jason G. Brent[1]
“Karl Marx had it wrong .. Control -- or the claim of control -- over the means of reproduction has been even more fundamental to history than has control of the means of production...” - Robert McElvaine Eve’s Seed: Biology, the Sexes and the Course of History[2] “The male does not have an erection .. The penis is in a state of erection, as long as the man is in a state of excitement. If something interferes with this excitement, the man has nothing. And in contrast to practically all other kinds of behaviour, the erection cannot be faked .. a man, after all, is a man for only a few minutes; most of the time he is a little boy .. in that aspect which for many a man is the proof that he is a man.” - Erich Fromm[3] ‘Mankind suffers from a psychological and spiritual imbalance. Imbalance causes frustration and fear, which makes for a bad trip. Man has been on a bad trip for a long time now. The human race will begin solving its problems on the day that it ceases taking itself so seriously.’ - Curse of Greyface, Dischordianism |
In Eve’s Seed: Masculine Insecurity, Metaphor, and the Shaping of History, and Eve’s Seed: Biology, the Sexes and the Course of History, Robert McElvaine “throws down the gauntlet to academics and non-specialists alike, daring a radical rethinking of the basic 'truths' on which cultures have been constructed.” He argues that “there is nothing unique to Islam about male insistence on the subordination of and male control over women and their bodies.” McElvaine says misogynistic rulers may be religious fanatics, but their religion is not Islam, but Woody Allen’s religion in his 2001 movie, The Curse of the Jade Scorpion: “insecure masculinity”.
Eve's Seed reviews “some 94 centuries of human history, stretching from 8,000 B.C.E. and the invention of agriculture through the Middle Ages”, to 20th century America, explaining how and why sexually insecure – ‘not-a-woman’ - men seek validation of their manhood by pursuing power, and have used their power to disproportionately influence the shaping of cultures.

Vitally important to early economic and political history (bringing such changes as the creation of substantial material surplus and the rise of large states and war), agriculture—what McElvaine describes as the first of two "mega-revolutions"—also sparked a massive male "backlash," as the female invention of planting crops and animal husbandry undermined the male role as hunter. Among the masculinist responses, men took over agriculture and invented war, as women became relegated to increasing the population needed for the new social order.” - John Pettegrew, Deepening the History of Masculinity and the Sexes

Subsequent cultural consequences being the “conception misconception”, that men held all procreative power, and women were simply the dirt, wherein the seed was planted, which led to the assumption that the God-Creative-Force is male. The second mega-revolution occurred in the 16th century with the rise of geographic mobility and the marketplace. Manhood became associated with possessive individualism, however this conflicts with mans natural state towards association and cooperation formed during humanity’s long history of hunting in groups.

Anthropocentric Law endorses the Absence of Procreation and Voting Licensing, to Profit from the Human Farming ‘War Economy Racket’.
To accomplish the goal of world domination, the Protocols of the Elders of Zion recommends implementing universal suffrage: the inalienable licence to vote.[1]
To accomplish an educated citizenry, Justice Holmes reasoning suggests a licence to breed[2], similar to Garrett Hardin in Tragedy of the Commons[3]:
To accomplish an educated citizenry, Justice Holmes reasoning suggests a licence to breed[2], similar to Garrett Hardin in Tragedy of the Commons[3]:
If each human family were dependent only on its own resources; if the children of improvident parents starved to death; if, thus, overbreeding brought its own "punishment" to the germ line--then there would be no public interest in controlling the breeding of families. But our society is deeply committed to the welfare state, and hence is confronted with another aspect of the tragedy of the commons. In a welfare state, how shall we deal with the family, the religion, the race, or the class (or any group) that adopts overbreeding as a policy to secure its own aggrandizement? To couple the concept of freedom to breed with the belief that everyone born has an equal right to the commons is to lock the world into a tragic course of action.

Anthropocentric Legal doctrine issues licences[4] once an individual has fulfilled certain skills or informed consent commitment requirements. Similarly if a nation wants to elect honest politicians whose legislation is based upon NNR scarcity ecological reality, not human factory farming war economy and Flat Earth NNR infinite abundance delusion, destroying the Republic and its resources, for short-term corporate or socio-political status profits; then Anthropocentric licensing principles, would require it to implement ‘Sustainable Democracy Licence to Vote’ to citizens whose procreation and consumption lifestyle is below the nations sustainable resource use carrying capacity[5] footprint.[6]

The white conservatives aren’t friends of the Negro either, but they at least don’t try to hide it. They are like wolves; they show their teeth in a snarl that keeps the Negro always aware of where he stands with them. But the white liberals are foxes, who also show their teeth to the Negro but pretend that they are smiling. Imagine the World Trade Center Conspirators were motivated by Linkolalian[17] French Riddle of the Lily Pond[18] views that SS Civilisation Titanic collision with the Peak NNR Scarcity Global Collapse Iceberg is unavoidable[19], death rates must go up more quickly, and access to control world last remaining oil supplies is imperative to build their life-rafts to a sustainable, pre-industrial lifestyle. Imagine the WTC Conspirators turned themselves in, plead to Military Necessity: ‘The WTC attacks were cruel but necessary’! Would Publicity headlines read: ‘Citizens call for Transparency of Military Necessity Evidence’ or ‘Prosecutors call for Insanity verdict’[20]?
How do the Appellants intend to use their Publicity Power?

[2] Lama Drukpa Kunley lived in the 15-16th century (aka "Mad Saint" or “Divine Madman” or Madman from Kyishodruk) for his unorthodox ways of painting Thunderbolt of Flaming Wisdom Erect Phallus’ on walls, to shock the uppity and prudish Buddhist clergy. Traditionally erect penis symbols in Bhutan were to drive away evil spirits & malicious gossip.

Valour of Ignorance was compulsory reading for Japanese cadets, and recommended to West Point cadets by General MacArthur
[5] Lea (1909): “Only when arbitration is able to unravel the tangled skein of crime & hypocrisy among individuals can it be extended to communities & nations. As nations are only man in the aggregate, they are the aggregate of his crimes and deception and depravity, and so long as these constitute the basis of individual impulse, so long will they control the acts of nations.”

[10] Malcolm X (1963/12/04): “The white liberal differs from the white conservative only in one way: the liberal is more deceitful…. more hypocritical than the conservative. Both want power, but the white liberal is the one who has perfected the art of posing as the Negro’s friend and benefactor; and by winning the friendship, allegiance, and support of the Negro, the white liberal is able to use the Negro as a pawn or tool in this political “football game” that is constantly raging between the white liberals and conservatives…. The white liberals are more dangerous than the conservatives; they lure the Negro, and as the Negro runs from the growling wolf, he flees into the open jaws of the “smiling” fox.”

[16] Hirsi Ali (2011/09/15) at (57:00): "White guilt is a form of racism. It is sugared, clothed in all kinds of wonderful intentions but it is racist - deeply racist. It assumes a position of superiority. If you refuse to excuse misogyny from a white man or anti-Semitism from a white German family then you must equally condemn misogyny from a black man or a brown man or any kind of family. If you don't do that and start making excuses for that then there is something wrong with you, not me."

[18] Simmons, M (2000/09/30): “In [The Limits to Growth] chapter defining the deceptive powers of exponential growth and the apparent suddenness with which it approaches a fixed limit, the authors describe the French Riddle of the Lily Pond. In this riddle, the lily pond has a potentially virulent lily that apparently will double in size each day. If the lily grows unchecked it will cover the entire pond in 30 days, choking off all other forms of life in the water by the time it covers the entire pond. If a skeptic waited until 50% of the pond was covered before taking any remedial action to save the pond, when would he act? The answer: on the 29th day of the month! But by then, would be too late.”
[19] Kane, M (2005/01/18): “Just four days after Dick Cheney became Vice President he convened the NEPDG. Among the experts whose opinion Cheney paid for was Matthew Simmons, one of the most respected energy investment bankers in the world. Simmons has been speaking out about Peak Oil for years, and there is no question that the urgent story of Peak Oil is what he told Cheney's NEPDG.”
