Request for Access to Environment and Health Information in terms of S.28 (Freedom of Information Act) and S.10 (Environmental Law) RE: Complaints filed against Attorneys for Defendant (4) and Victims Families (162) in Norway v. Breivik matter: Violation of CCBE Code of Ethics
Thank you for the email from the Norwegian Bar Association dated Fri 6/29/2012 12:43 PM; in response to the 170 complaints I filed against Attorney’s for Defendant (4) and Victims Families (166) in Norway v. Breivik matter
[I] Confirmation of Correspondence Conclusions:
[A] Environmental Principles Decision-Making:
Conclusion: Bar Association Refuse to Provide Printed Complaint Decision-Making Justifications:
The Bar Association refuses to provide any legal or environmental justifications whatsoever for demanding complainants waste paper, ink and non-renewable transportation resources by printing, signing and mailing complaints to the Bar Association; and refusing digitally signed complaints submitted by email, which are much more beneficial to the environment, and are exact environmentally friendly digital copies of print versions?
[B] Legal Interest:
Conclusion: The Bar Association has provided me with the Disciplinary Committee Regulations § 3: Right of complaint definition of ‘legal interest’; and is unable to answer my questions for greater clarity. It is the Disciplinary Committee who “considers whether or not the complainant has legal interest or not.” I shall refer my questions related to the Interpretation of Legal Interest to the Disciplinary Committees for their response.
