Parl. Ombudsman: Ref: Case 2012-1943: 02.09.2012 Slow Case Processing complaint against Supv. Comm for Judges resolved on 03.09.2012
Please note that on 03 September I received a response from Supervisory Committee of Judges / Tilsynsutvalget for dommere; who provided me with the information I had been waiting for; namely the case numbers for my complaints, as well as the information on processing of my complaints (transparency of parties statements); which effectively nullifies any further requirements by the Ombudsman, since the issues complained about have been resolved.
"Your complaints have been given the case numbers 12-071 (Judge Nina Opsahl), 12-072 (Judge Wenche E. Arntzen) and 12-073 (Justice Tore Schei). The complete handling time can be close to six months. If a party have given a statement in the case, these will be provided the complainant. The Supervisory Committee has not received statements from the other parties involved."
Please accordingly consider my complaint of slow processing, as resolved by Supervisory Committee of Judges / Tilsynsutvalget for dommere, as of 03 September 2012.
